The owners of Brothers Pizza Parlor in Cypress Village Station announced plans to open Quench, a new nightlife lounge concept, at 25222 Hwy. 290, Cypress, near Skinner Road. Co-owner Flora Bekiri said Quench will provide an alternative to the sports bar and pub environment. She said the lounge will feature comfortable seating with couches and coffee tables; an extensive wine, beer and spirits menu; and a light finger food menu. Quench will play music from different genres and host live bands one night a week. The lounge is expected to open in mid-to-late January.
