A new location of Rico's Mexican Grill is expected to open Jan. 18 at 25250 Hwy. 290, Cypress, but owners noted they may not open until Jan. 22 at the latest. The newest location of the restaurant offers new menu items, as well as new tequila, wine, and live entertainment offerings.
