A grand opening for Mex Taco House has been set for May 19 at 14030 Telge Road, Cypress. The fast-casual Mexican restaurant will specialize in homemade breakfast and lunch tacos as well as gorditas, tortas, coffee and Mexican sodas. The shop will also offer breakfast and lunch plates, and specialty weekend dishes will include menudo—a traditional Mexican soup made with beef tripe—and Pozole, a Mexican soup with meat and shredded cabbage.
