The National Weather Service has issued a winter storm warning for Harris County through midnight tonight, including freezing rain, sleet and snow. The Harris County sheriff's office is warning drivers to stay off the roads. Ice has been spotted at the following locations in Cy-Fair, as reported by the sheriff's office, Harris County precinct 4 and 5 constables and Houston TransStar.
