Good Neighbor Healthcare Center has been renamed Cy-Fair Community Health Center at 7777 Westgreen Blvd., Cypress, next to Cypress Park High School. The 10,000-square-foot facility is the sixth under Spring Branch Community Health Center, which has locations in Spring Branch and Katy ISDs. The clinic offers family medical and pediatric care with plans to have dental and mental health services soon.
