Fast-casual restaurant chain Five Guys signed a lease at the Fairfield Town Center in January at 28920 Hwy. 290, Ste. H03, Cypress, for a suite located between Zoe’s Kitchen and AT&T. The restaurant specializes in hamburgers, hotdogs and french fries, and also offers several sandwich and milkshake options. An opening timeline had not been announced, but a representative with the center estimated the store could open around mid-2019 at the earliest, based on opening timelines of other stores. www.fiveguys.com
