Owner Kimberly Fuentes announced the closing of her food truck, Kimy’s Kitchen, on April 23. Fuentes, who served authentic Mexican cuisine, said she and her family decided to close the food truck to focus on family. In a Facebook post, she said she is grateful for the good feedback she received from the Cypress community while open.
