Jaxton's Bistro + Bar will open this spring at the Boardwalk at Towne Lake, 9945 Barker Cypress Road, Cypress. Cypress resident Jason Howard, who served as the maitre d' at Tony's restaurant on Richmond Avenue for eight years, will run the restaurant.
