Christ the Redeemer Catholic Church will celebrate a groundbreaking ceremony at 12:30 p.m. on Sunday, May 7, for the new Redeemer Activity Center at 11507 Huffmeister Road, Houston. The building is located behind the campus Parish Life Center and is expected to open in August 2018 with a 9,000-square-foot gymnasium, 500-seat auditorium and youth ministry suite.
