Houston bar owner Andy Adams, creator of Corkscrew Wine Bar among other upscale bars, opened The 21st Amendment Lounge on Dec. 8 at 12810 Telge Road, Cypress. The venue offers world-class whiskeys, handcrafted cocktails, local beers on tap and a selection of wines. A food menu, designed by Houston chef Dusty Sagaser, also includes light appetizers and thin crust pizzas.
