Trendmaker Homes has announced its latest expansion into the Cypress area with 20 homesites planned at the Falls at Dry Creek community. A model home is now open at 16503 Baston Creek Drive, Cypress, and initial move-ins are slated to begin in December.
Homes will range in size from 3,614-4,650 square feet and start in the low $500,000s. According to a press release, modern, open floorplans provide many options including smart home capabilities, media rooms, fifth bedrooms, four-car garages, extended covered patios and outdoor pergolas.
Residents will have access to community amenities such as a fitness center, gazebo, playground, lake and walking trails. The community is zoned to Cy-Fair ISD, including Keith Elementary School, Smith Middle School and Bridgeland High School.
“Houston has always been a powerhouse market in one of the strongest states for jobs and business growth,” Joe Mandola, division president at Trendmaker Homes Houston, said in a press release. “That opportunity was reflected in the metro’s record-high home sales volume last year and the top 20 national ranking for homebuilding prospects this year.”
