Mambo Seafood, a Texas restaurant franchise, is opening a new location in the Willowbrook area this year.

According to project registration documents from the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, the new location will open in an existing 7,000-square-foot building previously home to TGI Friday's. Construction is set to wrap up by early April.
