88 Korean BBQ & Sushi owner Eric Liu said the Korean barbecue restaurant has plans to open in Cypress by early next year.

According to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, 88 Korean BBQ & Sushi will be located in a newly constructed 6,200-square-foot building with plans to finish construction on Dec. 15.
On the menu
Liu said 88 Korean BBQ & Sushi will offer Korean barbecue including beef and chicken options, as well as sushi rolls, sashimi, hand rolls, ramen noodles, rice dishes and hibachi.
In addition, the restaurant will offer dessert options such as ice cream and cheesecake.
