Amplify Tomball, a 170-unit luxury townhome community by Ascendant Development, has broken ground at 17318 N. Eldridge Parkway, according to a Feb. 12 news release.
The townhomes will be three stories and range from 1,020 to 1,390 square feet, with one- and two-bedroom floor plans available, according to the release.

Pre-leasing is set to begin mid-2026 and rental rates have not been announced, per the release. Amenities at the community include:
- A resort-style saltwater pool
- A fitness center with a yoga studio
- A gourmet kitchen
- A game room
- A dog park
