Troy Boyce, owner of The Cheese Bar at 9945 Barker Cypress Road, Ste. 125, Cypress, announced in a Facebook post today that the restaurant would close permanently, effective immediately. The cheese shop, which opened in May 2016, served gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches, macaroni and cheese, soups, salads and charcuterie platters. According to officials, the location at 23501 Cinco Ranch Blvd., Ste.
