Craft Beer Cellar officials announced today a soft opening set for Saturday, Sept. 29, from 11 a.m.-11 p.m. at 11734 Barker Cypress Road, Cypress, with plans to celebrate a grand opening in October. Owner Justin Crane said the business offers 24 beers on draft as well as bottles and cans for on-premise and off-premise consumption. The facility also has a brewing license, and he said the staff would start brewing their own beer in about a month. While the business does not sell food, customers are welcome to bring in their own outside food. The establishment also has a partnership with the neighboring Romero’s Las Brazas restaurant, and guests can order their food from Craft Beer Cellar, Crane said. 832-653-7216. www.facebook.com/cbccypress
