Cafe Marrese officials confirmed the eatery permanently closed on Feb. 28. The location was replaced by a cafe called Fika.
According to the website, Cafe Marrese offered coffee, sandwiches, breakfast scrambles, burgers and rice bowls.

Officials said Fika is a woman-owned coffee shop now offering coffee drinks previously featured at Cafe Marrese as well as new drinks.
