The blueberry smoothie at Fusion 36 Degree marries the flavor of crushed and blended blueberries with milk and a sugary kick. Customers have the option to change the sweetness level and pick from a variety of tapioca sinkers—including pineapple and mango—for 50 cents. The smoothie is sold for $4.
Fusion 36 Degree, which launched its first store in Katy, opened a new location in Cy-Fair on July 21. The shop specializes in smoothies, coffee and tea.
Owner Bill Liao said the cafe’s ingredients are natural and shipped from Taiwan.
“When you see the mixes we use for the drinks, like the kiwi, you can see all of the pieces of kiwi in there,” he said. “We try to get the top-of-the-line products instead of just serving sugar- and water-type of stuff.”
