21st Amendment Bar and Kitchen closed at the end of March at 12810 Telge Road, Ste. 101, Cypress. The bar and lounge, which originally opened in January 2017, offered live music, specialty drinks, pizza and social events. Officials with the bar said the owner of the building sold the property.
