Jersey Meadow Golf Course to hold clubhouse, convention center grand opening celebration

The Jersey Village community is invited to celebrate the grand opening of Jersey Meadow Golf Course’s clubhouse and convention center at 8502 Rio Grande St., Jersey Village, on Nov. 22, according to the city.

Marking a milestone

A golf tournament will kick off the festivities at 11 a.m. on Nov. 22 with a shotgun start. From 4-8 p.m., activities will include:

• A cornhole competition
• A raffle with tickets that can be earned throughout the event
• Inflatables
• Face painting
• Food and drink specials offered by Little Meadow Kitchen & Cocktails
• Music and games with DJ Cara
• A virtual golf simulator featuring skill practice and arcade games
