Caldwell Companies officials said Asher at Towne Lake is now preleasing in Cypress ahead of the grand opening, which will be held on Aug. 23 from noon-3 p.m.

Located at the corner of Greenhouse Road and Mound Road in Cypress, Asher at Towne Lake features 328 apartment homes ranging from one- to three-bedroom apartments. Monthly lease rates will range from $1,600-$3,100, officials said.
