Property manager Renee Carmen confirmed Swig Drinks will begin construction on a new location in Cypress on May 28. The business also has a new location coming to Hwy. 249, according to a filing from the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. Both locations are set to be completed by September.

The new Cypress location will be located in a newly constructed 980-square-foot drive-thru building. Meanwhile, the Hwy. 249 location will be a 932-square-foot drive-thru building.

According to the company website, Swig Drinks is a nationwide beverage chain known for its sodas, which can be customized with creams, fruits and flavors.
