Founded in Cy-Fair on Windfern, Artisan Bread Gallery offers handcrafted European sourdough breads made from scratch with no preservatives. While the original location offers grab and go services, the new location offers a dining area, a larger menu and coffee. Ramotowski said after the grand opening the bakery plans to add salads, soups and more sandwiches.
Bread offered ranges from French baguettes, jalapeño bread, cranberry raisin walnut bread and rosemary focaccia.
Connie's Frozen Custard establishes opening date in Towne Lake
Established over 25 years ago in Cy-Fair, Connie’s Frozen Custard offers frozen custard made with pasteurized eggs and over 50 toppings to customize with. Featuring the same business model as the original Cy-Fair location, the new location will continue to serve frozen custard through a walk-up window and drive-thru.
According to the company website, the location will offer a variety of popsicles in flavors such as strawberry lemonade, mango tangerine and cookies & cream. King of Pops also offers reservations for private events, festivals and school events, per the business.
The dessert shop offers a variety of gourmet handspun milkshakes, with flavors including Campfire S'mores, Bananas Foster and Caramel Toffee Cappuccino as well as classics like chocolate and vanilla, per its website. The menu also features several non-dairy milkshakes and other dessert options, such as fresh fruit cups with molten chocolate.
Coco Crepes & Coffee to open second Cypress location
Coco Crepes & Coffee has 10 franchise locations across the Greater Houston area, including a café in the Boardwalk at Towne Lake in Cypress that opened in 2020, according to Community Impact. Coco Crepes & Coffee serves a variety of sweet and savory and waffles, as well as paninis, soups and salads, according to its website. The café also offers a range of espresso drinks and gelato.
With 158 locations open in Utah, Tennessee, Florida, Texas, and Arizona., Swig Drinks offers over 60 flavors of soda ranging from raspberry flavors to watermelon sugar, according to the website. Swig Drinks also offers catering services.
