Kids R Kids early childhood education provider will open its first location in the Bridgeland community in summer 2024 at the corner of Tuckerton Road and Westgreen Boulevard in Parkland Village, according to a May 24 news release from The Howard Hughes Corp.
Kids R Kids’ two-story, 20,000-square-foot facility will be the largest Kids R Kids in the nation, and among the largest preschools in Texas, according to the release. The project team includes Alt Architecture and Millis Development and Construction.
“Our assortment of diverse, best-in-class educational offerings, coupled with our community-oriented approach to lifelong learning, are among the main drivers for families moving to Bridgeland,” said Steve Sams, senior vice president of master-planned communities residential for The Howard Hughes Corp., in a statement. “Very few preschools of Kids R Kids’ scale exist, and we are thrilled to have them service our growing community and join our portfolio of top-rated educational offerings.”
Bridgeland resident EJ Davis, owner of Kids R Kids, said the new location will serve children ages 6 weeks to 12 years old. Its curriculum is a research-based, comprehensive core program designed to empower children through playing with purpose, with age-specific strategies in place for infants and toddlers, preschool and school-aged children.
