Irving City Council has cleared the way for another hotel project in Las Colinas. It will consist of a multibrand hotel and office complex housed in three separate buildings.
Council gave unanimous approval for the zoning case at its Nov. 14 meeting. The buildings will range between four and 10 stories tall, according to the zoning case. They are projected to add 473 hotel rooms to the city’s inventory.
Two Marriott-brand hotels will be housed in the 10-story building, according to the zoning case. That building will also come with a three-story parking garage. It will also include a pool deck and a fitness center.
A nine-story building will house two Hilton-brand hotels, and it will also come with a three-story parking garage. It will also house a pool deck area.
