<p><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); background-color: transparent;">The issuance of $68.8 million of bonds for an athletic stadium complex and related improvements, and the levy and imposition of taxes sufficient to pay the principal of and interest on the bonds. <p>Should the term of Office of the Mayor and City Council be extended from two (2) years to four (4) years with a transition of three (3) year terms beginning with the May 2025 elections and four (4) year terms for each subsequent election?</p><p><br></p>
