See what state legislation can impact the Gulf Coast's regional climate action plan

The Houston-Galveston Area Council received a $1 million federal grant from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency in September charged with leading a regional climate action plan. The first phase of the plan for the 13 Texas counties was submitted to the EPA on March 1.
