Hutto delays decision on funding mechanism for 389-acre Stromberg development

Hutto City Council postponed action on a proposed Public Improvement District for a 389-acre development after staff and officials raised concerns over missing documents, unclear boundaries and whether the petition met the city’s PID policy. The hearing will resume Dec. 18.
