A University of Texas student is no longer being monitored for possible Ebola infection.
The student, who remains unidentified, was a passenger on the same Frontier Airlines flight to Dallas as an infected nurse. The nurse has since been successfully treated for the virus.
During the 21 days the student was monitored, he or she had their temperature checked twice daily in compliance with Center for Disease Control guidelines. The monitoring ended at 5 p.m. Nov. 3.
