Loro, an Asian smokehouse restaurant from chefs Tyson Cole of Uchi and Aaron Franklin of Franklin Barbecue, will open April 4 at 2115 S. Lamar Blvd., Austin. The Loro menu will balance Southeast Asian flavors with the texture of traditional Texas barbecue. The restaurant will host a preview party on Thursday, March 29, to benefit No Kid Hungry.
