Chef and owner James Holmes today opened Lucy's on the Fly, a to-go focused offshoot of Lucy's Fried Chicken, in the former Olivia restaurant, 2403 S. Lamar Blvd., Austin. Lucy's on the Fly will offer delivery, curbside service and takeout but will also have a dine-in area and a full bar. The restaurant will feature many of the menu items included at Holmes' Lucy's Fried Chicken locations, with the addition of a fried chicken breast sandwich, a seared chicken breast sandwich and Lucy’s Burger.
