Veracruz All Natural opened its second brick-and-mortar location on Sunday, Sept. 24, at 9003 Waterford Centre Blvd., Ste. 180, in Austin. The popular food truck began selling snow cones, smoothies and other drinks in 2008 before expanding its menu to include tacos and tortas. In addition to the original East Chavez food truck, Veracruz All Natural also has a second food truck on Manchaca Road and a restaurant in Round Rock. Owners Reyna and Maritza Vazquez are sisters who were born and raised in Veracruz, Mexico, before moving to Austin with their family. The business is hosting a grand opening on Saturday, Oct. 7, during regular business hours (7 a.m.-3 p.m. daily).
