The Trail Foundation celebrated the opening of the Trail Bridge at Congress Avenue May 31. The new bridge brings safety enhancements to the section of the Ann and Roy Butler Hike-and-Bike trail, eliminates safety hazards and provides a new bat viewing area. Work began on the $2.5-million, donor-funded project in April. www.thetrailfoundation.org
