Garbo's Fresh Main Lobster plans to open a permanent food truck at 823 Congress Ave., Austin, in February. Since opening in 2013 with its first food truck, Garbo's has expanded to include a second food truck and a restaurant on Bratton Lane. Owner Heidi Garbo grew up on the Northeast Coast. She opened Garbo's in 2013 after moving to Austin.
