A new mixed-use residential and retail development at the Mueller urban village is scheduled to welcome its first tenants in early 2019. Austin Modern Lofts will break ground early next year on 91 residential units—a combination of condos and townhomes—at the northwest corner of Berkman Drive and Tom Miller Street. The three-story development will also include first-floor commercial space.
