The Code, a hotel and residential property, is expanding to include new retail, fitness and wellness partners at its ground-floor.
The new retail offerings will be open to guests, tenants and surrounding communities. Manhattan Cowgirl will open this fall, while Pure Sweat + Float Studio and ISI® Elite Training are slated to launch in the winter.

The first business to open, Manhattan Cowgirl, will merge Manhattan energy with Texas spirit, according to a news release. The location will offer a three-hour cowboy hat making experience where guests can customize everything from silhouettes, colors and materials.
Guests will work alongside staff to shape, steam and design their hats. The brand’s flagship store, owned by Kyleigh Nethery, will also offer boutique fashion items.

Pure Sweat + Float Studio’s first Austin franchise is headed for The Code this winter, bringing infrared saunas, cold plunges, and float therapy.
The wellness brand is owned by Rachel Flowers and offers monthly memberships, private buyouts and one-time sessions. Pure Sweat + Float Studio will also offer founding memberships ahead of its opening.

ISI® Elite Training is expected to launch this winter, offering athletic-based training. Joining over 50 locations across the country, the training facility will bring 50-minute workouts grounded in strength, conditioning and athletic performance.

The retail expansion announcement comes weeks after Cuvée opened in The Code’s lobby, bringing coffee, cocktails and light bites. The all-day café opened on Aug. 3, according to previous Community Impact reporting.
