Oddwood Ales, a small brewing project focused on creating unique American-style wild ales, opened Thursday, March 1, at 3108 Manor Road, Austin. The Austin-based brewery and taproom was founded by brothers Taylor and Brett Ziebarth. It will operate on limited hours, open Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. and Sunday from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. www.oddwoodales.com
