Soleo Health
Soleo Health launched a new center in Austin, providing specialty infusion therapy. The pharmacy services company, headquartered in Frisco, has locations across the country. This marks its first Austin venture.
Swingville Golf Club
TJ Brogan launched a membership-only golf simulator club in Hyde Park in early March. The business has three bays and an indoor putting green, with plans to add an additional bay. Brogan opened Swingville to expand golfing options for athletes in central Austin.
Preservation Austin
Preservation Austin established a new headquarters at the corner of Red River Street and 38th ½ Street, according to a news release. The office will allow for expanded programming with Austin music history, LGBTQ+ heritage and homeowner and business workshops.
The Loop Running Supply
The locally owned specialty running store opened in Hyde Park with a soft opening in early February, according to its Facebook. The Loop offers running apparel, accessories, shoes and community events at its new storefront. The brand has an additional location downtown on Sandra Muraida Way owned by Ryan Hess.
Relocations
The Nines Men’s Grooming
The men’s salon relocated from West Ben White Boulevard to a new spot on Crestmont Drive, co-founder CJ Schimmels said. Grooming services at The Nines range from a signature hair cutting service to a luxury beard trim, head shave or gray blending.
In the news
Eldorado Cafe
Eldorado Cafe will add 4,402 square feet in restaurant space after becoming the tenant of an adjacent suite, according to a Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation filing. Construction is estimated to last from June 2026 to April 2027 and cost $1.5 million.
Tiny Grocer Café
Tiny Grocer, a local grocery store in Hyde Park, opened a new cafe this spring serving French favorites and deli classic dishes alongside coffee cocktails and dessert. The new cafe replaced Bureau de Poste—a French-inspired dinner restaurant at Tiny Grocer.
Barrett’s Too
Double Trouble recently reopened its doors in Austin under a new name: Barrett’s Too. The coffee shop and bar announced the change on its Instagram in late January. The space is now owned by Travis Kizer, owner of Barrett’s Coffee on West St. Johns Avenue in Austin, according to Steven Kerner, head roaster and green coffee buyer at Barrett’s Coffee.
