According to a permit filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, construction for the $500,000 project is expected to begin in June and last through December.

The concept is known for allowing customers to choose among Korean barbecue, hot pot or both, with a selection of meats and vegetables. The menu also features wine, beer and cocktails.
