Renovations to prepare the space for use as a Pilates studio are set to begin in December and wrap up in April 2027, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

JETSET Pilates offers "high intensity and low impact" 50-minute sessions designed to provide sustainable strength training, the company's website states.
