Ally Medical Emergency Room
Ally Medical Emergency Room opened a new location along the Austin-Cedar Park line June 30, a spokesperson for the company said in an email. The facility is the company’s eighth in the Austin area, a news release states, and will be staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year by board-certified emergency physicians and experienced clinical staff to treat both adults and children for a full range of emergencies.
Mi Mundo Coffehouse & Roastery
Local coffee business Mi Mundo Coffeehouse & Roastery opened its first location in Cedar Park on April 18, owner Rahul Bhosale said. Mi Mundo serves organic coffee, espresso drinks, teas and smoothies. It also offers a food menu that includes baked goods, tamales and breakfast tacos.
The Cedar Park location is the company's third, adding to two locations in Round Rock.
Perfume Palace
The perfume and cologne store opened in Lakeline Mall in June, staff told Community Impact. The store sells scents for women and men and is open seven days a week.
The Pulao Company
The Pulao Company, a new Indian restaurant, is now offering a variety of rice dishes. Additionally, the restaurant features a range of drinks, including a fresh juice bar, beer, chai, and falooda—a cold dessert drink. Chaat and pani puri are also on the menu.

Scheels
The 300,000-square-foot sporting goods store is set to open Aug. 29 after a ribbon-cutting Aug. 25, according to a representative from Scheels. The store will feature 75 specialty shops, a 65-foot indoor Ferris wheel, a 16,000-gallon saltwater aquarium and a cafe. The store will be located in the CedarView development, which will also be home to the new NFM, formerly Nebraska Furniture Mart.
Haywire
The Texas-focused restaurant chain will open a new location at the CedarView development in Cedar Park, according to Jami Sharp, head of public relations and communications at FB Society, which owns Haywire. The menu at Haywire is inspired by the various flavors of Texas, including Tex-Mex, barbecue, Gulf seafood and more. Dishes range from mini elk tacos and Gulf Coast ceviche to venison chili and chicken-fried steak.

Life Time
The fitness club chain filed paperwork with the state outlining plans to build a $52 million new facility. The “athletic country club” will feature two food service areas, pools, offices, retail and babysitting service, according to the filing. The information submitted to the TDLR lists a construction start date in February 2025 and expected completion in late 2028.
FUSE Workspace
A new office space is in the works, according to paperwork filed with the state. Existing FUSE locations offer coworking areas, private offices, meeting rooms, podcast studios and more. The Cedar Park location will be the company’s fifth in the Austin area. The $10 million construction project is expected to begin in 2027 and be completed by the beginning of 2030, according to the filing.
BoxLunch
A specialty retailer offering a range of pop culture merchandise is coming to Cedar Park. Construction on a BoxLunch, a subsidiary of Hot Topic, will begin in September and is expected to be completed Nov. 13, according to a TDLR filing. The store will be located in Lakeline Mall.
T-Mobile
A space that used to be a Factory Mattress is being renovated and turned into a T-Mobile store, according to a TDLR filing. Construction is expected to begin in January and wrap up in March.

Whole Foods Market
The Whole Foods Market in Cedar Park is expanding, according to a spokesperson for the company. The store will expand into the existing adjacent space, adding about 8,000 square feet. There are no plans to close the store during the renovations, the spokesperson said. Whole Foods Market did not respond to a request for more information on the expansion timeline.
The Crossover
Sports and entertainment facility The Crossover is for sale, according to a brochure from real estate company Transwestern. The Crossover includes ice rinks, various health and wellness businesses, dining options and more.
