The city will resurface roads in the Cedar Park One and Carriage Hills subdivisions in 2022.
Cedar Park City Council approved a resolution Sept. 23 for a construction agreement with Lone Star Paving Co. Construction is expected to start next spring and last 30 days.
City spokesperson Jennie Huerta said the city will notify neighborhood residents about working hours and removing vehicles from the streets before work begins. The city will also coordinate with the trash and recycling provider.
The project will remove the existing asphalt along street edges and add new asphalt over the full road, according to the city.
