Developers broke ground and began clearing the site of an upcoming multifamily housing and retail development to be located at 13621 Lyndhurst St., Austin, according to a July 7 press release from Cadence McShane Construction Co.
The project, which has yet to be named, will include 310,000 square feet of multifamily residential space, split between two four-story buildings—the North Building and the South Building.
With 165 total units, the North Building will have one- and two-bedroom floor plans available and more than 2,000 square feet of retail space on the ground floor, according to the release. The South Building will have 213 units with one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans. This building will also have more than 5,000 square feet of retail space on the ground floor.
Apartments will feature private balconies, walk-in closets, kitchen islands, stainless steel appliances, luxury wood-style flooring, quartz countertops, in-unit washer and dryer machines, programmable thermostats and tile backsplashes.
