A barbecue food trailer opened Feb. 1 in Old Town Leander. The food trailer is located at Smooth Village, 201 W. Broade St., Leander. Owner Kyle Riggen's business, K-Rigg, manufactures a smoker called the K-Rigg Pressure Smoker. Riggen created the food trailer to show people how food tastes cooked in the smoker. Riggen said the food trailer will remain in Old Town for the foreseeable future. www.k-rigg.com
