Ronald Reagan Boulevard, stretching from RM 1431 in Cedar Park to I-35 in Georgetown, is set to become an eight-lane, controlled-access roadway in the next several years.
Williamson County officials are conducting a study to plan for the widening, which will take place in the cities of Cedar Park, Leander, Liberty Hill and Georgetown.

Connie Odom, Williamson County’s communications and media relations director, said the ultimate design of this corridor will feature two-lane frontage roads in each direction and two main lanes in each direction, making it a total of eight lanes.
