The Peached Tortilla celebrated one year of business in Cedar Park March 26.
The Austin-based fusion restaurant serves a mix of Asian and Southern-inspired dishes, including Nashville Hot Chicken Buns, Dan Dan Noodles and Wok Fried Garlic Eggplant.
For its one-year anniversary, the restaurant will serve food and drink specials March 28 and 29.
The background
The business started as a food truck in 2010 and has since expanded to include a restaurant off Burnet Road, fast-casual outpost in the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, an event space and a catering company. The restaurant's sister business, Bar Peached, is located off West Sixth Street.
