The Sensory Club opened to serve people with disabilities and their families in the Cedar Park area in late December.
The overview
The club features a gym of occupational therapy equipment for all ages, including climbing structures, a swing, ball pit, zip line and trampoline. The Sensory Club also offers a private multi-sensory environment room with controlled stimulation through lights, music, projected images, fiber optics and an interactive touch panel.
Members can access a free flex room for private parties or events. Memberships will range from $54 a month for individuals and $99 a month for families while some memberships may be subsidized through county or state funding.
