Teaspoon in Cedar Park held a soft opening on Nov. 26, owner Keyla Ruiz said. Ruiz and her sister Rhoda Sween are co-owners of the new franchise location.
On the menu
The new boba spot sells seasonal sips, classic tea flavors and coffee. Menu items include the Guava Sunset, which includes guava and pineapple marmalade with lemon juice.
