Little Twist Bakery, a nonprofit home bakery owned by Autumn Chim, is celebrating its first year serving the Avery Ranch community.
Chim said she wanted the bakery to be rooted in community, sustainability and celebrating culture. Over the last year, she has donated more than $1,000 to local causes by selling baked goods in Avery Ranch.
“We donate 100% of profits and prioritize eco-friendly and ethically-sourced ingredients," Chim said.
