Heavenly Care Home Health in far Northwest Austin is expanding its senior home health services Oct. 1 with a new senior placement service.
The free service will provide guidance on transitioning older adults to independent, assisted or memory care communities, according to a representative with the business.
The service begins with a comprehensive assessment of medical and personal care needs, followed by a customized care plan and review of living options.
Along with the new service, Heavenly Care provides at-home personal assistance for older adults and adults with disabilities, private duty nursing, light housekeeping services, grocery shopping, transportation and travel companionship, and respite care.
